The bending process of sheet metal processing is the process of using pressure equipment and special mold to process metal sheet material into three dimensions. Because of the different material, thickness, length and width of the plate and the shape and Angle of the forming, the tonnage and size of the pressure equipment bending machine are different, the height, shape and amplitude of the upper and lower die are different, and the shape of the special die is different.
Features of Bending parts:
1.The bending machine is used for processing large structure size or the output is not too large sheet structure.
2.Die bending, used for complex structure, small volume, mass processing plate structure.
Application of Bending parts:
1, Considering the structure of the product, we are equipped with two types of upper die, machete and straight knife. The straight knife is mainly used for bending parts with simple structure and small size, and the machete is used for bending parts with complex structure and more than two times easy to interfere with the tool.
2, The lower die adopts the traditional V-shaped groove, we basically use V=8t to determine the width of the V port. The process should reasonably arrange V-ports of different sizes on the V-groove according to the actual product output and production frequency, so as to minimize the number of die changing on the same equipment during production, improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of die changing. For example, we put the most commonly used V=40mm on the main working surface of the lower die, and at the same time, we can also place several spare V-ports on the secondary working surface. Rational use of the lower die, maximize the service life of the die.
3. For products with special requirements, in order to ensure product quality and stability, it is recommended to use special cutting tools, not mixed with ordinary products.
